Not a customer, nor a current employee.. but I used to work here. I've also worked at other companies that do similar work and SERVPRO stands above the rest. With this industry some companies do take advantage of insurance companies even homeowners at there time of need, I'm witnessing it and it makes me sick (I work at supposedly best and largest company in my state.) From the years I've spent at SERVPRO, I can honestly say I've been on projects were homeowners were taken care of no matter what the financial situation was, they made it work. Plus there involvement with the community is what makes this company stand above the rest.

As a claims examiner, I have worked with SERVPRO many times and have found their technicians to be courteous, thorough, and efficient. If I ever have a water loss in my own home, SERVPRO will be one of my first calls. Keep up the good work!

Being in the insurance industry I know first hand just how important a quality restoration company can be. I personally worked on the restoration side of insurance for eight years before I went over to the agent side. I can say first hand SERVPRO is by far one of the most professional restoration companies I have ever worked with. Customer service is amazing, there knowledge and attention to detail is superb. They not only care about their customer they care about their employees as well. I would happily refer them for home and commercial restoration.

The Isaacson brothers and their crew came down to work here in Redding, CA after we went through the Carr Fire in late July. They serviced a number of homes on our cul-de-sac. Beth and the rest of the team that helped restore my house have been great. They have been flexible to my schedule, had fast and clear communication, and the crew were all extremely professional. I hope that I don't have any more disaster clean up needs, but I know I can call these guys if I do.

A huge shout out and congratulations to Lucas! We got to know Lucas almost 2 years ago after our kitchen, living room, and several other rooms in our house flooded. Of course we were traumatized and worried about every step of reconstruction.. in comes Lucas. He answered every question, helped us with major decisions and never left us hanging. We always heard from him by phone or email within several hours of our calls. Mind you we weren’t the only client he was dealing with, it was a terrible snow year and many homes and businesses were affected, but we were treated as if we were the only client he had. His team respected our home treated it as their own. Lucas has a heart and a personality bigger than life and it shows in his work!
